Pamela Thorby has swapped her musician's life for a new path in craftsmanship, making and firing her unique wheel thrown ceramics in her York studio and running the nearby Nunnington Pottery. Her love of clay began when she collected ceramics on her travels as a touring musician and since 2018, clay rather than music has taken over as the material to connect her head, heart and hands.
