Winter exhibition at Crayke Gallery: I’ve been visiting this lovely gallery for some years and made it one of my aims to one day have my own work in their gorgeous space. I was delighted to be included in their recent ‘Shades of Clay’exhibition.  

Staithes Festival of Arts and Heritage 2019

Thrilled to show and sell my latest work in this gorgeous Yorkshire coastal village. Double form evoking coral. The pinched out porcelain allows each edge and surface to light up. The cottages of Staithes provide a perfect backdrop for all kind of artists’ work.One of a series of new ‘tulip’ shape forms. This one with copper oxide and transparent glaze decoration was hard to say goodbye to!

Then all weekend from 10-5.30pm. Having fun playing around with images of latest bell forms with copper oxide decoration.

Potfest Scotland

My first ever large show – Potfest Scotland, Scone Palace. Came away inspired and heartened after a very encouraging response to my porcelain sculptural pieces. Most of the small and medium pieces were sold and the very large hemispherical bowl drew much positive attention. Many questions about how they were made, how did I get them so thin and how the heck did I transport them safely.
